30 minute relaxing meditation
Today, I have reduced the price of my Planting Positivity course. The reason being, I have just completed 19 months of intensive, gruelling cancer treatment for stage 3B breast cancer. Everything in this course is what I used to get through and its been invaluable. I hope others get to know the techniques, in order to help themselves to overcome anything. I doubt I'd have coped as well without my Planting Positivity. It's so important we learn how to quieten the negatives thoughts and steer through them.
As a result of my planting positivity course, my students will truly feel the power behind their positive thinking. They will know how to weed and prune out the negative frequencies and thoughts, that lower their vibration and raise their energy through sustained positive thought to a higher thought vibration, of positivity and joy, which just like magic, enables them to weave an abundant life for them to bloom and thrive.
There are 7 sections: Planting Positivity, Watering Positivity, Growing Positivity, Sustaining Positivity, Weeding Positivity, Pruning Positivity and Blooming positivity.
Each section has a few videos that discuss the psychology behind positivity, and covers a specific part of the course. In each video there is an inspirational quote, a mindfulness/meditation suggested exercise and a question for you to ponder. There is a review and short quiz designed to get you thinking and embedding the learning, and each section has a specific homework task, to help you create habits that support positive thinking that will become new beliefs.
