Description
Plantar Fasciitis is when the fascia on the bottom of the foot becomes inflamed. Leg and foot pain will melt away with the massage techniques we demonstrate with an actual client!
Have you experienced pain on the bottom of your feet? Are your legs and feet tight or sore? Do you experience stabbing pain when you get up? Does stretching seem to make it worse? Find out why other techniques may not be working to take the pain away. Even physical therapy doesn't teach what you're about to learn! Don't hesitate - find relief from pain right away. You will feel a difference by the end of the class. *Please note that this is a recording of a real class with a real client. It starts with discussion first, then goes on to massage techniques.
The best part is, once you pay for the session it available to you 24/7 for a lifetime!
