I'm currently doing an apprenticeship in my Homecountry Germany. I just needed a change so I took of to Ireland for two weeks. I just felt tired all the time from the daily habitual routines of Life, that I was not happy with. It seemed to me that I never had the time or energy to do the things I used to love, the little things which made me enjoy my Life every day.
I was coming here to Ireland without a real plan, just full of hope that I would find a way to change my life to the better. And I did, Ristard O Corragain, the WholeFoods Expert Chef, owns an AirBnB in Wicklow, which I happened to stumbled upon.
In just one week I learned how to look after myself in any environment, under any circumstances. Knowing you will be able to provide a good meal for yourself anytime and having this kind of independence is a great benefit. He taught me the importance of food and how it affects your life more than we are aware of. Once I understood the principle of how your body absorbs and processes the minerals in your food, I realized how bad my eating habits have been until now. But I also realized how simple it is to provide your body with the minerals it needs and that give you Energy. So I've set myself the goal, that by the end of this two weeks I'll have changed my Food Circle completely and look forward to the continuation of this fantastic new diet when I get back Home.
Since I know now how to cook different Core Meals, that can multiply into many other ones, i don't think that's gonna be much of a Challenge.
