Planning & Prioritising For Professionals
What this course is about:
The demands of a business professional can be challenging, then when it comes to busier times we all know the challenges we face become faster and often tougher.
The demands on any professional can range from Managing People, Projects, Strategic Thinking, Inspiring Teams, as well as managing the day to day tasks in your life.
In a post-Covid world, being able to strategically plan and prioritise your work will ensure you are efficient and productive in the workplace. The strategies we discuss in this session are useful for both employees and entrepreneurs alike.
