This is a FREE online and self-paced course for those who are looking for answers and a greater understanding of their life's purpose. The course offers an introduction to guided mantra meditation, a daily yoga practice, and a learning path toward the person you aspire to be.
This course is designed to give you an overview and is specially designed for those that are new to meditation and yoga.
This course is only the beginning, like the planting of a seed. You will be introduced to meditation and yoga practice. You will have learned about what it means to be a human being. The importance of habits and living a life full of contentment and gratitude. And the call to action to become a Planetary Leader.

Instructor
Dada Rainjitananda was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and has a background in Civil Engineering. He went to India and took training to become an Acarya and monk of Ananda Marga Yoga in 1984. Since then he has been leading Social Service projects and teaching Meditation and Yoga in various countries of Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
He was initiated into various systems of Ananda Meditation: Sahaja Yoga, Vishes’a Yoga. Dada is a registered experienced teacher (E-RYT 500) with the Yoga Alliance in the USA and has completed an MBA. At present, he is developing the Ananda Viplava, a Master Unit / Eco-village and Meditation Center project on an 80-acre property in New York State.
He has been regularly teaching online since 2011 to audiences around the world in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
