Personal Finance is one of the most important life skills. Each one of us collides with personal finance every day whenever we have to make any domestic purchase, pay school fees, deposit money in our personal bank account, invest our personal saving in any financial assets etc.

But, due to lack of basic knowledge and not knowing the significance of this life skill subject, most of us face socio-economic crisis later in life. We do not give priority to this subject during academic life, but later find it as the most important knowhow of life.

If the personal finance relevant and specific inputs are taught from the childhood, each one of us can manage our economic health in a better way.

“CFPClubIndia – Empowering Personal Stakeholders”, in association with Bizskill,  puts forward a financial literacy course “Basics of Personal Finance for Kids” for children between 10 to 14 years to imbibe the relevant personal finance knowledge. The Instructor for the Course is CA Pankaj Jain.

This course explains the basic concepts of personal finance such as Needs, Wants, Satisfaction, Barter System, Income, Expense, Savings, Bank Accounts & Debts with the help of interesting examples specific to children.

The explanations in the course have intentionally been kept very simple & are well supported by the relevant graphics & pictures in the background & examples filled with humour which ensure that the children not only listen to the lectures, but they also retain the information for their whole life.

The students will thoroughly enjoy the course and will experience a positive change in their outlook towards money.
