What is PI Test?
The Predictive Index (PI) is the new name of the PLI (Professional Learning Indicator) or PILI test. PI Cognitive Assessment is a pre-employment cognitive ability test
The PI Cognitive Assessment is a 12-minute test with 50 questions. It measures a person’s general mental ability and capacity of critical thinking.

There are 50 questions to answer in 12 minutes
You have approximately 15 seconds per question
There are three knowledge areas
Numerical Reasoning (18 Questions)
Verbal Reasoning (16 Questions)
Abstract Reasoning (16 Questions)
Calculator/Mobile is not allowed (Only pen and paper)
