Hey everyone!
Well, where do I start in the bio? I have over 20 years of experience within the Health and Fitness industry, and, within the educational sector.
I first qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Injury Therapist way way way.........back in 2000. After this, I gained a Degree in Exercise and Helth Science at Liverpool John Moores University, then, gained a Masters Degree in Exercise at the University of Exeter.
I am a sports science qualification auditor which involves me ensuring that the course is being conducted correctly.
I also held the role of a Company Director on a Global Training provider for 8 years overseeing 15,000 qualifications via in-person delivery. Phew.... that was an experience. No Udemy back then!
Currently, I support Private Training Providers while supporting them academically via the On Screen Learning platform.
I have developed online learning/assessment material for arranging qualifications such as Gym, PT, Ante/Post Natal, Exercise Referral, Sports Massage, Kettlebells, Group Fitness class and much more.
