This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
440 tools and 110 practice questions for PHRi preparation in one course: 167 ready-to-use files, procedures, templates, matrices and checklists, plus 273 models and methods.
Study the topic, take the tool, check yourself with a quiz.
Why PHRi is hard to pass by reading
The PHRi exam covers the whole HR function: talent acquisition, HR administration, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and business concepts. Reading the definitions is not enough, because the questions describe a situation and ask what HR should do.
What changes after this course
You learn each exam area through the tools HR uses: a job analysis procedure, selection checklists, training design steps, pay and benefits formulas, safety and employee relations procedures. After each topic you answer a quiz. At the end you sit a full timed practice test.
What is inside: 440 tools, counted file by file
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe.
I hold the PHRi myself and have sat certification exams in both formats: one in a test center and another online from home. Online was easier for me, because I did not have to travel and stayed in my own environment. For preparation I built a ChatGPT agent that reads the Exam Content Outline and generates questions at a chosen difficulty level, then explains whether an answer is correct and why. That experience shaped the practice tools in this course.
How to use the course
Go through the five core sections in order and take the quiz after each topic. Then sit the full practice test. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.

Where to start
Take the first quiz before you study anything: it shows which HR areas you already know and which need work. Candidates who prepare with working tools remember the logic behind the answers, and every week of delay is a week your exam date moves further away. Enrol now and start your first lesson today.
