I'm here to help. Any questions you might have make sure you write it up under discussions I'll answer all of them!
The best way to get warmed with the sketching up is to simply grab a pen and paper. Here I show talk about the analog tools you can use.
There are many different digital tools and softwares to use when sketching digitally. Here I'll show you my favorites.
Having difficulties getting those clean smooth lines? No worries. This simple exercise is guaranteed to boost your line quality.
Sketching ellipses is one of my favorite things to sketch. They can be tricky but this lecture will help you out to get them just right,
Everything is a curve in design sketching. In this exercise we are taking it to the extremes and see what we come up with by only using ellipses!
What about getting the ellipse perspective right? Here's how it's done.
Personally I don't like spending time setting up a perspective grid system. I use this technique instead. It's not only faster, but also way more fun!
Cloud sketching explained. The idea with this techniques is to outline the design from a larger perspective by first sketching an ellipse, or "could" where the sketch will fit within. Then we will adjust as we go along and add details once we're happy with the overall perspective. It doesn't have to be perfect!
Sometimes you only have a pen to use for shading your sketches. This means we have to use parallell lines to visualize it.
Want to produce a lot of design proposals fast? Try this!
The single most important thing to think about when starting out with shading is the light source. Where the light is coming from will guide you and help you understand where to add lighter surfaces and where to add shadows.
It's all in the details. Add weight to your design by using proper shading and line weight.
Adding lights to your sketches always makes it look more cool. It's actually really easy to get it right. I'll show you how in this lecture!
This quick little trick can make your light look like it's from a movie still
Getting the surface texture right is crucial when presenting a design proposal.
Really add realism to your design proposals with textures.
Glass, plastic, water.. there are a lot of materials that are transparent and this is something we should know how to visualize.

We're starting out with shape exploration in Sketchbook Pro. Once we find a design we are happy with, it's time to jump into Photoshop to render the design.
Do at least 1 of these 5 steps every day, keep a journal and look back at your progress a year from now. Look at the improvements you've made!
Have you ever felt like you really want to sketch but there's just nothing coming out on the paper? I know I have. Here I show you how you can unblock your sketchers block and get back in creative mode fast.
