Description

Prepare for the PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) exam with 500 original practice questions built from the current exam content outline (March 2024).

This course gives you three timed practice tests. Foundation Practice Test: 140 questions across the five domains, 180 minutes. Full Mock Exam 1: 180 questions mirroring the real exam blueprint, 230 minutes. Full Mock Exam 2: a second full 180-question mock with a fresh question set, 230 minutes. The passing score on every test is 70 percent, and question and answer order are randomized so each attempt feels like a new sitting.

Every question covers one of the five PgMP domains: Strategic Program Alignment (15 percent), Program Life Cycle Management (44 percent), Benefits Management (11 percent), Stakeholder Engagement (16 percent), and Governance (16 percent). You will practice scenario-based questions on business case evaluation, program roadmaps, constituent project initiation, benefits realization and sustainment, stakeholder negotiation, stage-gate governance, and program closure, all mapped to the exam content outline tasks.

What makes this course different is the depth of the explanations. Every answer option, right or wrong, carries its own explanation in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, so you understand not just which answer is correct but why the other options fail. Each question also includes an overall explanation naming its learning objective, domain, and exam content outline task, so every wrong answer becomes a focused study point.

Use the foundation test to find your weak domains early, then sit the two full mocks under real time pressure to build exam pacing. Aim to score consistently above 75 percent on both mocks before you book your exam date.

This course is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Project Management Institute, Inc. PgMP and PMI are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. All questions are original and written for this course.
