Instructor
Tanya Wagner-Klausmann has dedicated her time and passion working in the Hotel and Restaurant industry, over the past thirty years. She was born and raised in South Africa and now lives in Germany.
She began her hospitality career after graduating from ‘Les Roches’, the renowned Swiss International Hotel School, with a Management Diploma. This led her embarking in a career that took her worldwide, working with some of the top hotel chains including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Sun International, to name a few.
She has gained invaluable experience in hospitality, especially in the field of Food & Beverage.
Since then Tanya has started her on consulting business, which was founded 2006 under the name ‘nosh’. The company specializes in Hotel and Restaurant Pre-Opening Training, Food & Beverage Operational & Management Training, Food & Beverage Standards implementation, Mystery Guest Audits, Operational Audits and tailored Food & Beverage Courses.
Over the past fourteen years ‘nosh’ has consulted to companies such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, Suncani Hvar Hotels and other privately owned prestige’s properties such as Wentworth Golf Club, Baur au Lac in Zurich. To date she has consulted in four different continents, opened twenty-eight five-star hotel properties, trained over sixty properties in the field of Food & Beverage and involved in numerous restaurant openings.
Tanya believes in driving the hospitality industry through transparency, collaboration, embracing constant evolution and building client base that can always count on her support and dedication.
