Has your career ever stopped progressing because your current personality was no longer enough to achieve the success you wanted?
Most professionals work harder, gain more knowledge and acquire new technical skills. Yet many still struggle to get promoted, lead people effectively, influence others or achieve their career goals.
The reason is simple.
At different stages of your career, success requires different personality traits and behavioural competencies. When your current personality is no longer sufficient for the results you want, personality development becomes essential—not optional.
This course teaches you how to identify and develop the personality required for career success using a proven personality development process demonstrated through two complete real-life personality development cases.
Unlike most personality development courses that provide motivational advice, personality tests or general self-improvement tips, this course teaches a practical, systematic approach that you can apply throughout your career whenever new challenges demand a different version of yourself.
You will learn a structured personality development process to:
• Identify the personality required to achieve your career goals
• Assess your current personality, strengths and competencies
• Identify the gap between where you are and where you need to be
• Select the personality trait or competency that will have the greatest impact on your success
• Develop a practical improvement plan
• Apply proven behavioural change techniques
• Monitor your progress and continue developing throughout your career
What makes this course different is that you do not simply learn the process—you see it applied from beginning to end.
Throughout the course, you will follow two complete real-life personality development cases personally conducted by the instructor.
In the first case, a successful manager needed to develop greater risk-taking ability after feedback from his leader identified it as the key competency limiting his future growth.
In the second case, an MBA student was assessed using the Hay competency framework to identify the leadership competencies required for future career success, followed by the development process used to address those gaps.
These real-life examples demonstrate exactly how the personality development process can be applied to different people, different career goals and different development needs.
You will then apply the same proven process to your own career and personal development by creating your own Personality Development Action Plan.
By the end of this course, you will know how to identify the personality needed to achieve your goals, systematically develop it and continue applying the same process whenever new responsibilities, leadership roles or career opportunities require you to grow further.
The course is based on more than four decades of leadership, coaching and management experience gained through senior leadership roles in multinational organisations including Hindustan Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and Danone, followed by years of coaching managers, entrepreneurs, MBA students and professionals to improve their effectiveness and career success.
This course is designed for students, young professionals, managers, aspiring leaders and anyone who wants to take a structured, practical approach to personality development instead of relying on generic advice or motivation.
If you are ready to become the person your future career demands, this course will provide you with the process, the practical tools and the real-life examples to help you make that transformation.
Enroll today and begin developing the personality that will help you achieve lasting career success.
