Description
Personal branding is the process of developing a “mark” that is created around your personal name or your career. The main goal of personal branding is to develop one reputation and grow successfully by networking in a way that interests others. The course is structured as following: The first Unit is dedicated to the general ideas about personal branding. The second Unit provides self-assessment skills for a successful personal branding management. The third Unit is highlights the keys aspects of personal branding and how to set the objectives and lever in our strengths to achieve our goals.. The fourth Unit describes the online reputation in relation with personal branding. Finally, the fifth Unit analyses the personal branding as a tool for career management.
In all units, we will see real cases of students (personal interviews) to show specific examples of the best practice of personal branding techniques.

The EPBE proyect is funded under the call Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices – Strategic Partnerships for higher education (expedient number: 2015‐1‐ES01‐KA203‐016058).
This project aim is to encourage employment among young students through the acquisition of digital skills using innovative and learner-centred pedagogical approaches and enhancing digital integration in learning, teaching, training and youth work at various levels: promoting access to and learning through Open Educational Resources (OER) in order to build up an on-line personal brand and using effectively job hunting 4.0 techniques. In particular, supporting teachers, trainers, and youth students and supporting digital integration in learning to reach audiences promoting effective job search, access to the labor market and the acquisition of a series of digital skills they can use throughout their careers.
