Permanent Liminality

We will look at the nature of time as experienced by you, the kind of life events that define it and how that, when placed under a microscope, can all unravel. With the help of myself and our newfound friend Arthur, enter into the world of the permanently liminal.

We start with some seemingly unrelated anthropology- the study of humans. Here we have a look at how people travel through key life events and what those key life events actually come down to. Now that we have that basis, we switch tack. Now we take some basic descriptions of commodities as understood within Capitalism. Here, another foundation is laid and we learn more about the nature of commodities and what they ultimately lead to. A combination of the two creates for us Arthur. Arthur lives out the combination of these theories to better show how they practically interact, Arthur has been chosen, incidentally, because he is normal, Arthur lives how you or I might live- I hope you can see a little of yourself in him. But, to get to the truth we must take a deep dive into Arthurs life, his mind and ultimately the very core of his being. A being that lies on a knife edge between a carefully constructed façade and complete existential panic.
