In brief:
VOZDUKH Center combines modern plastic theater, a bodywork school, and exclusive business projects.
The VOZDUKH Center team consists of 30 people: directors, performers, musicians, psychologists, and business sector practitioners. Workshops and performances were held in 19 countries: Canada, USA, Singapore, Israel, India, Switzerland, France, Mexico, South Africa, Germany and others.
VOZDUKH Center was founded on January 14, 2015 in Moscow.
VOZDUKH School is a space of free movement. These are developed programs using the VOZDUKH method, which includes techniques (modern dance, jumping, falling, working with inertia, weight and center) for exploring the body and expanding its palette, and our approach to plastic improvisation and performance.

Surprise yourself
Like a child who learns about the world without prejudices and norms imposed by society.
There is no right movement
Act without assessment of yourself and others. Without inclusion of rational intelligence.
Be authentic
Do not try to please anyone, do not try to be unique. Each person is unique, and this must be taken for granted.
Have fun
Any action, any task should be pleasing and allowed to develop. If you are not ready for this or do not see any pleasure for yourself in this task, feel free to seek something else.
Take care of yourself and others
Both physically and emotionally.
That is all for today =)
See you in the next lesson, which will be released on schedule.
Homework
Press your hand to the window, carefully examining it.
Pay attention to the general mise en scène. Hand, window, frame, street background.
Photograph this scene on your phone and share with friends =)

Homework
In the evening, do something nice for yourself: your favorite dish, a warm bath, a movie, for example =)
You can wash the dishes, or wipe the dust in a state of care for this object.
Compare how your movement, speed, and attitude changes.
Put this game in your pocket for future exploration, too =)
Any domestic action can become a performance by simply changing your intention.
Write down 1 or 2 of your fears.
Compose a "poem" of sounds about your fear/s, consisting only of letters. For example, "gggggggg, аhаhаhаhаhа, zzzz, МММММММММММММММ, ch ch ch ch ch ch"
After you write, try to dance this particular verse with your body.
Homework
Try to hug yourself at least five times during the day, as if you were hugging the person who is closest to you!
Observe if something changes inside?
The entire school program is based on working with emotions and conditions that will be lived through technique, improvisation and performance.
5 days of the program - 5 different emotions:
interest | care | fear | tenderness | victory
Our classes will turn your home into a creative space and allow you to embark on a journey from your own head to the sensation of a body, to feel every vertebra and every muscle, find a connection with yourself and speak in body language.
The course is suitable if you:
- work from home;
- are in quarantine;
- love to dance, but can't attend classes;
- want more movement, energy, creativity;
- dream of becoming a performer.
