Having spent her younger years training professionally as a dancer, Rachel has performed at renowned venues for dance and music such as The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden and Birmingham Symphony Hall.
After attending the University of York and Liverpool John Moores University, Rachel qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in Management Consultancy and becoming an RICS appointed mentor, expert author and also reached the final four candidates for the RICS UK and Ireland World Region Board elections, at age 30.

Still in its infancy, the mission and values of TLA attracted supporters from all over the world, with customers in the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe.
