Description
What Is The Pentatonic Power Series?
The Pentatonic Power Series is the ultimate guitar guide to the pentatonic scale and its five shapes.
Why should you listen to me?
I've been teaching all styles of guitar for 12 years. I received a degree in music theory and composition from Azusa Pacific University in 2006. I'm an entertaining teacher who enjoys a good laugh. Check out the promo video to learn more. We're gonna have a good time!
What does this course mean for me?
I've taken my extensive knowledge of guitar and music theory, condensing it into an easy accessible format. The key to becoming a better player is practical application. And that's what this course is about. You'll be getting all the chicks and rocking hard!
Is this course better than free YouTube lessons?
Yes. For two reasons. Firstly, the information is provided in the proper sequence. This expedites the learning process. As opposed to finding bits and pieces of random information across endless YouTube viewing sessions. Secondly, feedback and interaction with the instructor. Getting feedback on your playing is really invaluable. You often don't know you're doing something wrong until someone points it out.
I like what I'm hearing, how can I learn more?
Check out the course description and promotional video to get a feel for what you can expect from this series. I'm looking forward to seeing your awesome pentatonic videos on YouTube in the near future!
Course Materials
Each installment of the pentatonic power series contains two pdf files. One for the respective pentatonic shape and one for the accompanying power lick. There's also a downloadable backing track you can use to practice the licks to.
