Description

This course is about understanding the importance of your pelvic floor, how it works, on its own but together with your stomach muscles in stabilising your pelvis as you move through space.

I discuss various ways you can bring awareness to your floor, suggestions for tools to assist in strengthening the pelvic muscles and how best to stretch pelvic floor to create balance in the lumbo-pelvic region. Although men and women essentially anatomically have the same structure to our pelvic floor, the experience of having differs between the sexes. Leakage for men is often....down the road and round the corner, but for women its right there and much more noticeable.

ladies.....

  • Do you ever leak when you run?

  • Have you ever leaked while bouncing, jumping or laughing ?

  • Do you avoid those activities?

  • Guys do you know how to switch your pelvic floors on before you pick something up to stabilise your back?

  • None of these, just want to understand your pelvis?

  • How about if you just want stronger orgasms?

Well you're in the right place !!

Join me as i talk about all these very personal things, i include exercises and language applicable to different cultures  (I've lived and worked in 3 major continents and all use different imagery !!) and fantastic stretching techniques, because its still a muscle and still needs stretching.....

This topic can be a very embarrassing subject for many people, and its not really talked about openly in group classes, nor have i found that those meant to be specialising in this topic don't really delve deeply into it.

If only we all had one of those machines, not unlike the side show  muscle man, making the bell ring with the smack of a hammer !!
