The overall purpose is to develop personal awareness - so to understand whenever your feelings indicate that you may be experiencing fear of success or an associated condition.
This is a basic overview of fear of success and some common stereotypes.
In this lecture I debunk concepts that encourage us to repress, rather then experience our emotions.
I talk about how meditation has been misused and explain how any emotion can be empowering if we use it to recognise and understand its root and, if necessary, take action because of it.
We're going to walk through a simple practice to discover which images (or descriptions of images) trigger emotional responses or feelings which could be fear of success, or associated conditions.
This lecture is about several conditions related to and associated with fear of success. We're going to talk about these conditions and also how they relate, overlap or can even cause fear of success.
In this lecture we are going to look at how to use those initial feelings we discovered in "Diagnostics" and engage with them, learning to look deeper and reflect on how our perceptions can be skewed by fear of success and associated conditions.

In this practical awareness course, you will start to uncover where fear of success or associated conditions affect you personally.
We're going to use a simple diagnostic exercise and an understanding of emotions and feelings to find out where you have responses that might indicate a fear of success.
Then we're going to look at a few associated conditions, before moving on to a preliminary analysis of your reactions and what they might mean in your own life.
