Description

This course contains 360 original questions for the PCEP™ – Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP-30-02) exam, arranged as six 60-item mock exams. Every exam follows the published OpenEDG Python Institute block weights — 18% Computer Programming and Python Fundamentals, 29% Control Flow, 25% Data Collections, and 28% Functions and Exceptions — and every option carries its own written explanation, so a missed code trace shows the exact Python rule that produced the output.

Every snippet was executed on CPython 3.11 during authoring: right-sided exponentiation (`2 ** 3 ** 2`), negative floor division and modulo (`-7 // 2`, `-7 % 3`), short-circuit Boolean return values, `for ... else` and `while ... else` branches with and without `break`, shallow list copies versus aliases, single-element tuple syntax, dictionary key views, non-overlapping string counts, generator exhaustion, mutable default arguments, `UnboundLocalError` shadowing, and `LookupError` / `ArithmeticError` handler ordering.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

• Expanded 2x bank at the live per-item pace: the live PCEP-30-02 exam has 30 questions in 40 minutes (~80 seconds per item); each set here doubles the bank to 60 items in 80 minutes so you practise all 41 syllabus skills per sitting at the exact live pace.

• Exact blueprint proportions: every exam allocates 11 / 17 / 15 / 17 items across the four published syllabus blocks (18 / 29 / 25 / 28 percent), each within 0.4 items of its exact weight.

• Single-blank code-fill items included: at least 15 multiple-choice questions per exam embed a `____` placeholder inside Python code to rehearse gap-fill and code-fill reasoning within Udemy's format.

• Every option explained: correct options explain why the expression evaluates that way, and distractors name the misconception or operator trap behind each wrong choice.

• Honest format and scoring disclosures: passing requires a cumulative average score of at least 70% across all four blocks (no per-block pass mark), and interactive drag-and-drop or multi-slot widgets excluded by CSV import are disclosed upfront.

WHAT YOU GET

• Six blueprint-weighted practice exams of 60 questions each: 45 multiple-choice (including `____` code-fill items) and 15 five-option multiple-response items per exam.

• Per-option explanations plus an overall rationale, mapped syllabus block, local study-map skill, and Python 3 documentation reference on every question.

• A 41-skill study map covering every objective in PCEP-30-02 Blocks 1–4 while keeping PCAP-level topics (classes, `pip`, file streams, closures) strictly out of scope.

• Curriculum outline, six-week study schedule, scoring guide, and 80-minute / 40-minute pacing plan.

EXAM FACTS & VERSION NOTICE
