    The active protocol applied to these patients includes exercises in front of the mirror, muscle stretching, and isometric strengthening of the neck muscles.

Description

You Will be Know with basic information such as the definition of cervical spondylolisthesis, incidence and prevalence, clinic. Diagnostic evaluation tests that can be applied by a physiotherapist and not only.

The passive protocol that we can use for the rehabilitation of cervical spondylolisthesis, starting from the use of physical therapy like :

· Tecar therapy

· Ultrasound

· Tens Therapy

· Laser therapy

You will get to know with the indications, contraindications and physiological of their use in this pathology. Also you will get to know the practical application of tecr, laser and tens therapy.

To manual therapies such as :

· Rehabilitative massage

· Maitland Mobilization

· Mulligan Technique

· Sterno-clavicular mobilization joint

· Release of trigger points.

You will learn practically and theoretically the concepts of using massage (all techniques massage ), the mulligan technique (Nag, reverse nag, snag, and active mobilizations with a belt at the level of the neck), the Maitaland technique, the mobilization of the clavicle, the release of points trigger point etc.

At the end of the passive protocol of rehabilitation for cervical spondylolisthesis, you will be theoretically and practically familiar with the cervical traction in the absence of gravity.

The active protocol of rehabilitation applied to these patients includes exercises in front of the mirror, muscle stretching, and isometric strengthening of the neck muscles.
