Description

Do you struggle balancing family life and nurturing yourself?

Are you interested in brand new ways of working with and connecting with your children?

This course sets up parenting turnarounds that take you from borderline burnout to chilled - without overthinking or over trying.

There is no magic wand of course and these methods will take practice but they are simple and cut through without judgement or analysis: two things that can really kill flow in the family home.

Sarah works with simple, foundational movements and a modern spiritual approach which focuses on taking a step back and checking in with yourself before the kids, yes, really.

Build an incredible relationship with yourself and the rest will follow!

Creating a family is a full-time job: mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Many people run their houses like businesses and attempt to adhere to ludicrous standards of perfectionism and practice. Parenting has changed tenfold since the Victorian era - community has shrunk and many people find themselves taking everything on..one set of shoulders! This leaves little room for the free-flowing creativity that helps support a balanced inner world.

Thinking can be our ally but often it creates mental exhaustion and a sense that we are not doing (or being) enough for our families. This course provides holistic short-cuts to support the modern parent in their complex world.

Who this course is for:

  • Parents
  • Childcare workers
  • Caregivers to children
