Jesse wants to introduce you to a little bit about his story, so as we go through this workshop, know that there is no judgment from us about your current situation.
The first step of releasing guilt that we are carrying is to identify the root cause so that we can eliminate it and move on. In STEP ONE, we are going to identify our guilt, take extreme ownership of it, and prepare to forgive ourselves.
In this powerful task, you will identify the cause of your guilt, do some deep work, and forgive yourself. Grab a pen and a piece of paper, and get ready to go deep.
Now that we've identified the root cause of our guilt and did work to release it, let's work on moving forward and looking at living an intentional life with our families. In this Step Two, we will learn what it means to live with intention.
The key with personal growth and living an intentional day is to... be intentional with it. Writing it down is the best way to track your intention. Follow this style to write your daily tasks with your WHY for each task.
Journaling is like holding a mirror to your soul. Write down your journey including what you want and what you're grateful for. In this lesson, you will learn powerful ways to journal your thoughts to cement your new self and continue moving forward.
Take some time for yourself and write down your thoughts, your gratitude, your struggles, your desires, anything you want. Let your heart reveal itself on your paper.
In this lesson, you are going to learn 11 sentence patterns to start normalizing in your family to create healthy communication in your family.
