    Hi there,

Thank you for registering on this course. I really appreciate it.

When I created this free course, I didn't use professional audit and video tools. My main goal was to help a few fellow colleagues learning about Palo Alto firewalls quickly, as there weren't many resources available online.

I like to apologize for the audio quality of this course in advance. I really hope you enjoy the content and, if so, please rate this course based on the content and not the audio quality.

    Thank you again.

    Hi there,

Thank you for being patient and listening to this course so far.

I understand the audio quality of this course is not great and I like to apologize for that. I really hope you enjoy the content and, if so, please rate this course based on the content and not the audio quality.

Rating this course low will reduce the instructor's overall score, and eventually, makes me to remove this free course from Udemy. I really hope this doesn't happen and I can keep this free content on Udemy for those people who need it and can't afford to pay.

I appreciate your understanding and thank you again.
