Let's work on a practice session with a wet in wet demo. By the end of this process you will feel more comfortable mixing your colors directly on the paper and learn to create a smooth transition of colors and create a very mystical sky with blended trees without over working the background.
You will learn to create a wet in wet background for your painting. We will work fast and mix colors on the paper. We will be working quickly before the paint dries. Make sure you are comfortable with the practice session before moving onto the original painting.
Before painting your trees, let's do a few practice trees. In this section I will show you how to draw a few different options and then we will paint them in creating some shadows.
Let's begin painting our trees. We will create a darker shade so that the snow will really pop on top.
Let's add a bit of details by creating some shadows in the snow and adding our fence.
We will be adding more layers to the Trees and creating the illusion of snow on the trees.
Let's finish of the final details by creating falling snow.
Thank you for taking this course, it would mean the WORLD to me if you would consider leaving a 5 star review.
