Section 3 (Delay & Cost Analysis Theory & Practical) - We shall take one very small sample project to understand all delay analysis techniques. Then each of the techniques is applied practically in Primavera P6. This section forms the most significant part of the project. Following techniques are explained - As Planned vs As Built, Impacted As Planned, Collapsed As Built, Time Impact Analysis (TIA). Furthermore, we generate & print these analysis reports.
