Hi there! (blows kisses and sends high-fives). So, you're not gonna yawn and snore out of boredom. We promise you that. Yeah, we know law can be boring but thanks to us, you're actually gonna smile through this. Second, it's kinda like a video course but it's a little different. So it's a video because we set it up as a video. But, you only get to hear our instructor's sweet and cute voice that would make you fall in love; however, you won't really get to see her. She's so beautiful and we are jealous. We don't like sharing. Lol.

Before we forget, our media guy is currently being punished. The audio has this slightly annoying grinding sound. Not to worry, it doesn't disrupt the course at all. But it's there; you will kinda get to notice it once you start listening. We thought to give you a heads-up. We have ordered him to do 200 push-ups in 15 minutes. If you want to add to this punishment for the slight itch in the sound, send us a mail. We enjoy watching him cry.

Okay, we know this is cheesy, but we kinda like doing cute stuff. We prepared a very short but sweet love letter for you. It's so sweet it'd make you go "awwwwn" and shed a tear. Lol. Download and check it out.

Lastly, we know a lot of students have one or two businesses they are running on the side. It might be a little tricky managing both your studies and your hustle. You gotta ensure your CGPA stays up and wallet doesn't go lean. We prepared a little article for you to read up before you start the course. We hope it helps.

Enjoy the course. Love you. Muah!

Description

In this course, you will learn amazing topics and concepts under the law of torts that are particularly relevant for businessmen, entrepreneurs and owners of all sorts of organizations who are looking to have sound legal knowledge to guide them in day-do-day decision making process.

Key topics such as Trespass to the Person (Assault, Battery, False Imprisonment), the Tort of Malicious Prosecution, Negligence, Vicarious Liability under the law of torts, Passing Off etc. have been properly analyzed in this course.

The topics have been simplified for ease and accessibility for persons without a prior degree in law or law-related courses at the university level. It has also been made easy to serve as supplementary knowledge for persons who have a law degree or are currently enrolled into the university to earn a degree in law. Individuals, such as secondary/high school students, looking to study law and hoping to have a feel of it may enroll for this course.

This course has been prepared with reference to Nigerian law (which also includes common law) and occasional cross-references with other jurisdictions. This course is therefore suitable for non-Nigerians looking to have knowledge of workings of law of torts within the Nigerian legal space.
