Welcome to our course. Once you enter the corporate environment, you are often confronted with many words that describe management frameworks, management philosophies and management methodologies. You will hear words like:


  • Agile

  • Scrum

  • PRINCE 2

  • TQM

  • Kanban

  • Lean

  • Six Sigma

  • Lean Six Sigma

  • Kaizen

  • Waterfall

But what do these words actually mean? Perhaps you do not have the time and patience to become an absolute master of all of them, but nevertheless you do want to have at least a basic overview, see what their essence is and also how they relate to each other. Well, in that case this course is made for you. In a relatively short amount of time we will familiarize you with the basic meaning of for example agile, scrum, lean, six sigma, lean six sigma, kaizen, waterfall etc.
