I started The Complete Approach to truly help make positive changes in my clients lives. I trained in Hypnotherapy, CBP (Cognitive Behavioural Psychology), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness, Life Coaching and Holistic Nutrition and most recently Beyond Quantum Healing to be able to offer a holistic approach to people’s health. The mind, body and spirit are all connected so it is important to keep them all in good health and in balance. Often other practitioners will only focus on one and will not consider other factors.
