Description
This course is for you if you suffer from anxiety or live or work in high stress environments. I've aimed to make the course the next best thing to having private sessions with me. I’ll coach you through specific, practical techniques to help you control, reduce, and alleviate anxiety – leaving you a stronger and more resilient person as a result.
My therapeutic specialty is anxiety disorders. Having helped thousands of trauma, phobia, and generalised anxiety clients over the years I've developed considerable nuance in my approach - that nuance and experience in embedded in this course to make it the most effective approach to anxiety I am aware of.

The background explanations I share are the same as I do with face-to-face clients as part of the psychoeducation of therapeutic sessions which have the specific aim of demystifying anxiety, and helping you understand the structure of what you've been going through (this helps you understand that it’s normal to feel anxiety, and that we do have ways of dealing with these issues). It also gives insight into exactly why the interventions we then use in this course are so effective. The advantage here on this course is that the explanations have visuals to aid understanding, rather than me just sitting in front of a camera explaining. I get all of that out of the way to begin with so that the coaching sessions in the course are more streamlined and direct.
I've been helping clients since 2003 and I specialise in anxiety in all its forms – from mild worry to specific phobias, right the way through to debilitating anxiety disorders and the trauma they cause sufferers.

I was an IANLP Fellow Member Trainer from 2009 until retiring from extended public training in 2024, and am still an ISNS Master Trainer specialising in the Neuro-Semantic Self-Actualisation Trainings, based on self-actualisation psychology. Though also a certified ‘Coach’ with the IANLP; I consider my premium training as coming from the direct tutelage of Dr L. Michael Hall PhD, the developer of Neuro-Semantics. I share Michael’s passion for Self-Actualisation psychology. As a Trainer with the ISNS I graduated the top of my class in 2007 and became a Master Trainer in 2014. I train internationally and speak at conferences worldwide. In 2015 I published ‘How To Chill Out’, my book on stress management and positive communication based on coaching and training I developed after the devastating earthquakes that hit my home town of Christchurch New Zealand throughout 2010-2011.
