This course shows you the way to explore deeper causes of your desire for food and obesity. Once you have realized this, the path is open for you to discover new ways to better cope with your body.

The longing for too much food often is a protection against torturing emotions.

The course gives you the opportunity to explore this side of yourself. You need courage to look into the corners of your hidden emotions. So this course is not for everyone.
