These steps are based on scientific research used in behavioral therapy to treat patients with phobias. Here is how I look at it, if we have a fear, anxiety or stress regarding something... as long as this condition is not immobilizing and we can continue functioning and moving forward and progressing, it is all good, because we are in control. However, a lot of times these conditions stop us from achieving our goals. For me, the stage fright and performance anxiety prevented me for about 10 years to step on stage and do what I enjoy doing! 10 years! And as you have noticed, this course is not promising miracle results. I want to be as honest and authentic with you as possible. This lecture is a quick introduction about my artistic and professional background. The main reason why I created this course is because I was able to figure out how to overcome stage fright and overcome performance anxiety. It took me a long time and I have wasted a lot of precious time that I could have been playing on stage, in front of the audience, playing with my band and enjoying the life of a musician.
