These steps are based on scientific research used in behavioral therapy to treat patients with phobias. These exact same steps, helped me overcome stage fright and performance anxiety and actually do the show and play live, something I dreamed about for a very long time!

While you will find A LOT of information throughout this course that will help you build confidence on stage, simply lacking confidence and a stage fright are two completely different things. Here is how I look at it, if we have a fear, anxiety or stress regarding something... as long as this condition is not immobilizing and we can continue functioning and moving forward and progressing, it is all good, because we are in control.
