Each module has been designed to build on the one before, making it more effective for you to work through each module in order, so you get the most out of this course. Included is the bonus 'Overcome Anxiety Hypnosis' audio track that you can listen to as often as you would like. It is recommended that you watch the 'Introduction to Hypnosis' video, especially if you have never experienced hypnosis before.

By understanding what is happening in your mind and body when you feel 'fearful', you can start to control how you feel and how you respond to situations around you. You will learn a simple technique that you can use anywhere, at anytime you need it, to let go of anxiety and start to achieve the results you want. You will be able to learn this easily and teach others how to do this, so they can control their feelings of anxiety. This module features a guest appearance by Dr Jonathan Bispham (DO), who specialises in the effects of the mind on the body and the body on the mind.
