The development and plurality of implement methodology of projects in general and construction in particular, have resulted in a series of complications and executive and administrative problems, some of which are due to a lack of cadres and administrative and technical competencies or the different cultures and concepts of the multiple nationalities of the workforce and the software involved in these projects and thus the management of conceptualization of methodologies Project management is directed towards achieving a specific goal with a specific time period and satisfactory productive quality for all parties, and that the rapid development of information technology and its use in programming design methods, scheduling, implementation, analysis, pricing, reports and others led to the need to install some concepts in each organization and for each project in order to meet the goal and purpose of Use it.

So we tried in this research and through practical workshops and the use of several different Organizations with the different tasks in terms of the size and quality of projects in it and study the effect of understanding employment in it for some general terms in project management to determine the extent of the impact of those concepts on the development of those institutions and human resources in them.
