Exploring and opening each of your intuitive senses: knowing, seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling
Open your intuitive senses by recognizing signs of clear cognizant and intuitive knowing, ha moments, future insights, and judgments of character, and learn to trust and act on them.
Engage in a guided crown chakra opening and clearing through visualization, breath, and grounding techniques, releasing energy into the earth as luminous spirit light fills your head.
Explore inspired writing and how it differs from automatic writing, then learn to write with intention using a light meditation, guiding words from your higher self.
Practice inspired writing to connect with your higher self and loved ones in spirit, discern spirit guidance from personal thoughts, and develop a flowing meditation-based journaling habit.
Explore how clairvoyant information arises through the third eye chakra, translating energy and imagery into visual experiences—from solid figures and orbs to memory of sight and moving images.

Open your intuitive senses by guiding clear cognizance through a meditation that activates the crown chakra and third eye with white light and amethyst visualization, grounding your energy.
Engage in a gentle third-eye opening meditation that guides you to visualize your third eye, breathe deeply, and send loving intention to awaken your intuitive sight without forcing.
Learn to safely receive intuitive or energetic information by grounding in the body, recognizing sensations, and using open-and-close practices to control when you access guidance.
Strengthen your intuitive sight through a third eye visualization, using symbol drills with numbers and letters to sharpen clairvoyant imagery and improve symbol clarity.
Learn to sharpen visual impressions from spirit by practicing intention, focusing techniques, and asking for clarity, so you can zoom in on images and interpret symbols with confidence.
Practice gentle pacing with your intuitive senses; rest when the third eye feels tired and accept variability in perception. Understand abilities vary; useful information supports your path.
Three practical exercises you can weave into daily life to develop your intuitive senses, with easy, fun activities that are not high stakes and help you feel good.
Practice the what to wear game by asking your intuitive sense which color to wear today, following what draws your eye for a playful daily routine.
Explore intuition by imagining upcoming mail and asking when it will arrive, then, before checking, pause to sense feelings and envelope types, making the mail a low-stress, curious exercise.
Practice a quick aura exercise to see your own energy field between your hands with an unfocused gaze.
Learn about clear audience or intuitive hearing, and how to receive information from spirit through the memory of sound, voices, and audible messages, while discerning it from internal critical thoughts.
Open your intuitive senses by identifying signs of clairaudient abilities. These include self-talk, hearing messages from spirit, identifying voices by frequency, and tuning in to auditory information.
Distinguish clairaudience from mental illness by evaluating voice information for positivity, frequency, and control. Encourage mental health care and set boundaries, consulting a professional if voices disrupt life.
Advance your intuitive senses with a guided throat chakra opening meditation that flows from crown and third eye visualization to grounding breath, blue sapphire imagery, and energy flow.
Practice listening to room sounds, name their sources and directions, gently extend your hearing beyond the room, and explore inner hearing and spirit connection.
You may want to have your journal out to make notes in during the exercises in this video, rather than afterward.

Cultivate your intuitive senses by imagining sounds beyond hearing, integrating scent, seeing, and emotion to sharpen awareness and strengthen your intuitive muscle.
Practice a focusing exercise to tune into visual and auditory information from spirit, using a radio dial metaphor to sharpen reception, control volume, and minimize static.
Explore clairgustance and clairallience, the intuitive tasting and smelling senses, in session four, starting with clairgustance and highlighting their importance often overlooked.
Discover clairgustance, the intuitive sense of taste, its connection to the throat chakra, and how taste and smell together convey sensory information and the energy around things.
Develop your physical taste buds by slowing down, mindful eating, and exploring subtle flavors while moderating salt, sugar, and smoking to awaken taste and enrich your flavor database.
Practice mindful eating and intuitive taste through a short meditation, focusing on present moment awareness, the texture and flavor of a small bite, and intuition.
Strengthen your intuitive nose by guiding you through breath awareness, sensory image viewing, and journaling impressions of smells and tastes to wake your intuition.
Open the root chakra through a trauma-informed, music-free meditation at the pelvic floor and base of the spine, visualizing a red ruby and front-and-back light, with safety and compassion.
practice picking up clear scent by meditating, breathing in others' energy to smell impressions, colors, or tastes, and recording insights for intuitive development.
Explore cairsentience, the intuitive feeling, and develop your intuitive body by connecting with your physical sensations to receive and interpret energetic information from people, objects, or places.
Explore the two aspects of clairsentience—feeling and touch—showing how empathy connects with living beings and cytometry with objects. Learn grounding energy from hematite and mindful awareness.
Explore Claire sentience as emotional knowing and bodily energy sensations, from the solar plexus to the heart centre, offering yes-no cues, and guiding mediumship and intuitive readings.
Explore how clairsentience can guide daily choices, help assess outcomes, and respect boundaries while sensing others' thoughts and feelings through bodily energy and emotion.
Identify signs of clairsentience and how empathic awareness lets you sense others' emotions, feel their pain, trust gut feelings, and notice the energy of objects, places, and seasons.
Develop clairempathy, or clear empathy, by tuning into others' emotions and energies, reading states, and connecting with plants and animals, while practicing following your intuitive feet to interpret bodily sensations.
Practice body mindfulness meditation to connect with your body through breath, head-to-toe scans, and nonjudgmental awareness, then pledge friendship with your body to listen and respond.
Develop a kinder, more listening relationship with your physical body by recognizing its signals, cultivating clear sentience, and treating pain as guidance rather than guilt.
Learn to read your body's signals to get intuitive answers, including during intuitive and mediumship readings. Use push-pull sensations and gut feelings to guide everyday decisions.
Differentiate psychic, intuitive, and mediumship readings, explaining how each focuses on life events, higher purpose, and energy as information across levels.
Strengthen your energy awareness and empathy by tuning your energy field, discerning what’s yours, and extending your aura while staying grounded in your body.
Guide a mindful breathing and body-scan to sense your energy, expand awareness as a sphere through the room, sensing objects and people, then contract and ground back into your body.
Develop your intuitive senses through a guided exercise that helps you feel your own energy, extend awareness, and discern others’ energy—from nearby objects to people and spaces.
Learn to receive information through your clairsentient energy centers instead of projecting outward, stay grounded in your own power, and set boundaries to protect your energy and empower everyday leadership.
Open your intuitive senses by taking in information through your heart, solar plexus, and sacral chakras. Sit in a centered posture, breathe, and sense energy from the room and others.
Learn practical strategies to avoid overwhelm from empathic and clear sentience, distinguish what's yours, set healthy boundaries, and clear others’ emotions you pick up through awareness exercises.
Learn to slow down your chakras a little to conserve energy, stay open to intuition when needed, and set your intent to open or closed to manage information intake.
Explore clear touch (cytometry) and psychometry, teaching how to sense the energy of objects and places through intuition, using sight, hearing, scent, taste, touch, and knowing.
Open your intuitive senses by exploring how psychometry works, recognizing that objects carry energetic imprints and unique frequencies that you can tune into by holding them, especially jewelry.
Record notes when borrowing objects, share impressions with the owner, and explore symbolic and literal meanings—rose, thorn, wedding ring—through practice.
Just as you have physical senses, you have distinct intuitive, or psychic, senses as well.
I've developed this course to help you safely, gently, and easily understand and open your intuitive senses of:
Knowing (claircognizance)
Seeing (clairvoyance)
Hearing (clairaudience)
Tasting (clairgustance)
Smelling (clairallience
Feeling (clairsentience
You navigate the physical world using all your senses.
Unless you're alter-abled and don’t have use of one or more of your physical senses, you use all of them to get through life. You don’t walk around with your eyes closed and hope for the best. You keep them open -- while also listening to the sounds around you, feeling the temperature of the air on your skin, noticing sensations in your body, smelling scents in the air, and tasting food when you eat.
Opening and using your intuitive senses lets you live a fully intuitively-guided life. Plus it helps you get clear and accurate messages -- whether for yourself or others. The more ways you can take in and understand energetic information, the better.
That’s what this course -- based on my book, Led by Light: A medium’s guide to developing your intuitive and psychic senses, book 2 -- will teach you to do, in a safe, grounded, affirming way.
You’ll learn about each of your clair-senses, the signs yours might be active, and what chakra each one is associated with.
To help you open and develop your intuitive senses, I'll lead you through:
Exercises
Meditations
Journaling prompts
Plus, I'll give you ideas for more you can do on your own and provide you with extra video and MP3 resources.
If you dig in and do the exercises, you'll leave this course with sparkling chakras, connected to your intuitive self, trusting your connection and the information you get. Well, that's the plan! :) You'll definitely have a deeper understanding of which of your psychic or intuitive abilities is strongest and how to develop all of them in a healthy way.
My goal for you is to develop your gifts in ways that feel good to you.
This is an intermediate-level course that will help you move forward in developing your intuitive and psychic abilities. While taking introductory-level classes is recommended, it’s not necessary. I trust you to know where you are in your learning journey.
