InventIndia was founded by Jyoti Sudhir and Sandy, two professionals from different but complementary backgrounds, united by a shared passion for product innovation with purpose. While they were part of successful careers, both founders felt a growing disconnect between comfort and contribution. Their intent was clear: to build products that solve real problems, create value for users, and originate from India for the world. Jyoti, trained in Human Development, brought deep user empathy, systems thinking, and a people-first approach. Sandy, an Engineer and Product Designer from NID Ahmedabad, brought strong design rigor, technical depth, and a maker’s mindset. Together, they believed that innovation is not about technology alone — it is about understanding human needs and translating them into meaningful solutions. This belief became the foundation of InventIndia.
