I have been a full time CrossFit coach for about 5 years now. In my spare time I coach people individually via personalized programming and personal training.
Before being a full time coach, I coached parttime while finishing my education.
I have certifications in:
-CrossFit level 1 (twice)
-Movnat (level 1&2)
-Weightlifting (Milo junior weightlifting coach, level 1 & 2)
Before CrossFit I practised martial arts combined with fitness.
