Description

Extreme Strengthening of the Body Hojoundo and its applications Techniques against two opponents.

Hojoundô is one of the fundamental training methods of Uechi-Ryu.

Its defense and offense techniques performed in the Sanchin-dachi posture have many variations.

Besides, this method allows you to freely set your personal training time.

This is the reason why, by practicing Hojoundô, one can master many defense and offense techniques peculiar to our school.

Hojoundô also allows to gain more speed, more resistance and to develop perseverance.

The performance in competition will naturally improve.

In this film, I show you in detail every possible application of Hojoundô.

Besides, other exercises are also presented, among which some originally used objects, such as a grip, an inner tube, and tennis balls.

They improve the ability to defend oneself.

As far as the “Dan-Yakusoku-kumite of kentyukaï” is concerned, it is an exercise that helps enhancing the muscular strength of the arms and of the torso.

I also show self defense techniques against two attackers...

Finally, I demonstrate the “extreme strengthening of the body”.

I let myself be attacked by one of my students whose weight is 65 pounds superior to mine: he hits me with full force with tsukis and keris on the shinbone, on the thighs, on the forearms, on the chest, on the abdomen, on the dorsal muscles, on the back, on the knees and on the open hand.

This ultimate demonstration will stun anyone.
