In this video, I share my background of Poverty and still refusing to stay in the Victim or Self-Pity mindset. Although, I was excelling in Sports the system was always against me.
This course was created because many are suffocating in silence and don’t know how to move out of or fix a toxic relationship or environment. Mental Wellness is being taken for granted, Depression, Suicide rates have picked up, people don’t know how to love or care for themselves anymore.
Why should you be watching these videos closely, I was one of those suffocating in silence and have decided to share my experience with the world. As I grew through my Pain, I would like to share that journey with you to let you know that you are not alone.

Why do we let society dictate who we should be and how we should behave? Just by focusing on what Society was thinking about me and my family, it almost cost me my valuable Life. In this lesson, you will learn how my suicide attempt could have ruined me. All because I saw myself as a failure and was embarrassed.
I share some key take-away points at the end of the lesson to help you, please make sure you do the exercise as well.
To answer the question, No, our lives are not perfect! You saw my Lifeline, look at it again. Do you not think it would be boring if it was?
Our biggest Growth and Learning comes from being uncomfortable, use it to your advantage. Making those really hard decisions in life is worth it, try it and let me know how it goes.
When I ask you who are you? What comes to mind. Of course, you will say you are so and so, like I would say I am Nolan Pillay. But, what if I tell you that you are not just your name. Let me explain.
You are a Spiritual being and as such, have potential without limitation. You can improve every aspect of your life until your entire life is an open and obvious expression of your own inner beauty and limitless potential. Happiness, health, and prosperity are normal and natural states for you to experience. There should be no room for lack or limitation in your world. The only thing that stands between you and all the good that life can offer is a sound belief system. Developing and reviewing your own personal belief system is the most important mental responsibility you have been given. I learnt this from the late Legendary Bob Proctor
Happiness, health, and prosperity is your birthright. You have unlimited Potential.
I am sure this got you thinking more about who you are.

Good to see you again. You recall my Beautiful Destruction in the corporate world, due to inhumane behavior, it was painful at the time but when I look back now, I realised what an important decision it was in my Life. Yes I was travelling the world at the time, getting paid an amazing salary and meeting new people but I needed to move on.
I am sure at this point, you have evaluated your environments and realising which ones are toxic to get out of and the ones you can work on. Break through that fear barrier and make those decisions.
You got to realise that this is your one and only Life and should be lived on your terms.

Imagine not being able to breathe, think carefully about this statement! It could be because of lack of oxygen or someone choking YOU.
What if YOU are the reason for YOUR own suffocation?
One of the biggest challenges we face as humans is our mental wellness. We tend to focus on everything that happens in our outer world due to the demands that society puts on us, we then forget to protect ourselves and our inner world. This leads to us trying to be someone we are not and doing things that don't align with our values. When we accept Life like this, at some point we will go into a depressive state and start hurting our minds and bodies.
How do we hurt our mind and bodies, you may ask? Let me explain, if you do not treat your body with the utmost care and love, the same way you would treat a sacred place, you will sub-consciously cause self-harm.
Let me ask you a question, when you over indulge in unhealthy food or drinks, what happens to your body? You feel bloated, uneasy, lethargic, etc. This is your body sending you a message that what you did to it, is not okay.
To become aware of these signs is the key to your healing.
Similar, when we feed our minds with negativity, our results will be negative thoughts. This causes limiting beliefs, fear, frustration, loneliness etc.
In this course, the Author shares some of his life experiences and how he was able to overcome mental obstacles, depression, suicide, limiting beliefs, and a conditioned mindset to start living a better life.
You will learn that you can also "GROW" through Your pain rather than just "go" through it with simple, yet life changing mind hacks and techniques that have been proven to work.
