NVIDIA NCA-GENL Practice Tests 2026: 5x50 Qs Explained

NVIDIA NCA-GENL practice exam: 5 timed mock tests, 250 questions, every option explained
Last updated 10/2026
English

What you'll learn

  • Sit five timed 50-question practice exams that match the NCA-GENL format, 60 minute limit and pass mark
  • Apply core machine learning and AI knowledge: transformers, attention, tokenization, embeddings, training and inference trade offs
  • Reason about software development for LLM applications: prompting, retrieval augmented generation, fine tuning, serving and evaluation
  • Design experiments and read results: metrics, data analysis and visualization choices that an associate is expected to know
  • Recognise trustworthy AI concerns: bias, hallucination, privacy and safety, and learn from every option with a key takeaway and a documentation link

Included in This Course

250 questions
  • Practice Test 1: NCA-GENL, 50 questions, 60 minutes50 questions
  • Practice Test 2: NCA-GENL, 50 questions, 60 minutes50 questions
  • Practice Test 3: NCA-GENL, 50 questions, 60 minutes50 questions

Description

EXAM SIMULATOR, NOT A VIDEO COURSE. Every minute here is spent on exam-style questions: timed like the real exam and reviewed option by option. Use it after you have studied, to find out whether you are ready and exactly where you would lose marks.

WHY THESE EXAMS

  • 5 full length practice exams, 250 original questions, each exam 50 questions in 60 minutes with a 70 percent pass mark, the same shape as the NVIDIA-Certified Associate: Generative AI LLMs (NCA-GENL) exam.

  • Every answer option explained, not only the correct one, with a key takeaway and a link to the NVIDIA documentation behind the question.

  • Every question tagged with its skill area, so practice mode lets you drill one area at a time, and the results page shows where you lose marks.

  • Scenario questions with exhibits: architecture diagrams, loss curves and metric comparison tables, so you practise reading an exhibit under time pressure like the real exam.

  • Two ways to study: Exam mode, timed and scored, or Practice mode, untimed with instant feedback, filtered by skill area.

WHAT IS COVERED. The topic areas of the official NCA-GENL exam guide: Core Machine Learning and AI Knowledge (transformers, attention, tokenization, embeddings, training versus inference, model sizes and quantization), Software Development (prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, fine tuning methods, serving and APIs, evaluation), Experimentation (experiment design, metrics and benchmarks), Data Analysis and Visualization (reading loss curves, confusion matrices and comparison charts) and Trustworthy AI (bias, hallucination, privacy, safety and guardrails). The five exams build on each other: the first covers the areas evenly, the middle three go deeper into the traps candidates most often fall into (fine tuning versus retrieval, temperature versus top p, precision versus recall, parameter efficient methods versus full fine tuning), and the last is a harder mixed review.

HOW THE QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN. Most questions put you in a situation an engineer actually faces: a chatbot that invents citations, a model that will not fit on one GPU, a team choosing between retrieval and fine tuning, an evaluation that looks good but measures the wrong thing. You read the exhibit or the scenario, then choose the option that NVIDIA guidance and standard practice support. Distractors are plausible mistakes, not obvious wrong answers. Every question was written from the public NVIDIA exam guide and developer documentation. Nothing is copied from the real exam or from anyone else's practice tests.

WHO THIS IS FOR. Developers, data scientists and ML engineers preparing for the NVIDIA-Certified Associate: Generative AI LLMs (NCA-GENL) exam, and anyone who has finished studying and wants to know whether they are ready before booking the real exam.
