The content is delivered via video. Supplemental worksheets, sample meal plans, and other printable resources are provided as well.
The course is self-paced. I recommend completing 1 section per week to allow time to practice using the concepts presented.

Instructor
I am a NASM certified nutritionist specializing in child and family nutrition. Through my nutrition coaching business, Oh My Nosh! Nutrition Coaching, I coach families on strategies to improve the nutritional health of both the parents and children. I also help families work through behavioral barriers they may be experiencing when it comes to eating and feeding.
I completed my Masters degree in Leadership and have published a work on the impacts of the pharmaceuticals industry and public health. I presented the work in a symposium and it is published in the Canyon Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies.
