Explore a five-phase tour of nutrition for inflammation, learn about the gut microbiome, immune system, anti-inflammatory diet, hydration, food swaps, and meal prep with practical challenges.
Explore an adventurous introduction to nutrition for inflammation and learn a five-phase map to overcome inflammation. Build fundamentals in a fun, easy-to-digest way, from understanding nutrition to integrating exercise.
Explore how inflammation relates to nutrition, learn anti-inflammatory strategies with omega-3 foods and antioxidants, and balance fats, refined carbs, hydration, and herbs for better health.
Identify how diet triggers inflammation, including unhealthy fats, refined carbs, excess calories, and processed foods, while embracing omega-3 fats, antioxidants, hydration, and regular exercise to mitigate it.
Study how bloatedness relates to gut inflammation and how refined carbohydrates, sugars, and processed foods exacerbate it. Recognize contributing factors like food sensitivities, infections, stress, and movement, plus professional guidance.
discover the long term effects of chronic inflammation on health, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, joint and digestive issues, and how an anti-inflammatory diet supports recovery.
Explore how chronic inflammation affects brain health and neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer's, and how nutrition, exercise, and stress management influence inflammation and markers such as beta-amyloid plaques and tau tangles.
Inflammation drives insulin resistance by disrupting signaling and raising blood sugar. Adopt an anti-inflammatory diet with nuts, vegetables, omega-3s, and regular exercise to improve insulin sensitivity and lower diabetes risk.
Understand systemic inflammation as a body-wide response tied to poor diet, obesity, stress, smoking, alcohol, sleep, and environmental toxins; learn how an anti-inflammatory diet and regular exercise help manage it.
Explore phase one’s anti-inflammatory foods, including fatty fish, berries, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, turmeric, ginger, olive oil, whole grains, and probiotics, to reduce inflammation and support gut health.
Learn how nutrition modulates the immune system and inflammation, with vitamin C and D, zinc, and omega-3s, and how a balanced diet supports gut health and immunity.
Explore your unique gut microbiome and how it shapes inflammation through personalized nutrition. Learn how genetics, diet, environment, and the gut brain axis drive diverse food responses and metabolic outcomes.
Phase one challenges guide you to adopt anti-inflammatory foods like leafy greens, berries, and omega-3 fish, while logging intake and exploring prebiotic and probiotic foods for a healthy gut microbiome.
Adopt a holistic view of health that goes beyond nutrition. Use a painting metaphor to explore daily inputs, awareness, and their impact on inflammation.
Phase 2 challenge invites you to log daily food, activities, and your physical and emotional responses in a personal journal, tracking trends over a week to build awareness.
Explore the differences between food allergies and intolerances and how they influence inflammation. Learn to identify and manage intolerances to reduce chronic inflammation and related health risks.
Explore nutrition for inflammation by identifying food intolerances and sensitivities through elimination diets, food diaries, and medical tests, and learn benefits like symptom relief and improved digestion, energy, and skin.
Learn how nutrition connects to inflammation and bowel health, emphasizing fiber, hydration, and anti-inflammatory foods to support regular, well-formed stools.
Learn how water functions as a universal solvent and transport medium, supports digestion, circulation, temperature regulation, joint lubrication, and electrolyte balance, and how dehydration harms cognition and health.
Learn food swapping to replace processed and inflammatory foods with nutrient-dense options for better energy, blood sugar control, and heart health through gradual, sustainable changes.
Explore supplements like tudca, dandelion and burdock, and sea moss with bladderwrack to support liver and thyroid health and fill nutrient gaps. Consult a healthcare professional and verify supplement ingredients.
Develop 1.5–2 l daily hydration practices with infused water and desk routines, and explore three weekly plant introductions plus three food swaps to support inflammation-focused nutrition.
Discover how exercise boosts nutritional uptake and anti-inflammatory benefits through improved circulation, insulin sensitivity, gut microbiome health, and post-exercise protein for muscle recovery.
Boost nutritional uptake with exercise through high-intensity interval training and exploring activities like dancing, roller skating, and taiko drumming. Find what you love to stick with for phase five integration.
Learn a hit-style workout with 32-second breaks, focused on knee safety and chair use, including squats, lunges, footballer squats, planks, inner-thigh squeeze, and low-impact options to boost strength and breathing.
Engage in a guided full-body workout that fosters proper alignment, breathing, and postural cues to boost nutrient absorption and fitness, while offering scalable options and hydration reminders.
Integrate your nutrition knowledge with meal preps and portion control, using palm, fist, and thumb estimates to balance protein, vegetables, and fats for healthier, sustainable eating.
Phase five integration challenges guide you to create two nutritious anti-inflammatory recipes and perform a cupboard clear-out, then share findings on social media and explore the PDFs.
Explore practical foods for an anti-inflammatory diet through a home food shop tour, highlighting kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir, eggs, avocado, vegetables, and mindful swaps with live cultures that boost gut health.
