I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist, which means I have a Master of Science in Nutrition, 1000-hour supervision, passed a rigorous board exam. I have additional training in mental health nutrition and herbal medicine. In my private practice I have helped many people reduce their anxiety and depression using nutrition, and I enjoy helping people understand the impact food has on our mental health.
