Description

This course is an all-in-one course for your happiness mindset needs! You will learn how to use your mind and body as an instrument for positive emotional creation. This is an activities based course. Get ready to get your mind workout on! My lectures are concise and the focus is for you to put in the work. You have to actually do the activities with an open mind and full heart to get the most benefits.

With this course, you learn how to activate joy, peace, strength, confidence, self-love and your goals through a series of activities ranging from meditations (including a standing meditation), goal manifestation activities, affirmation activation activities, and body movement through dance. I encourage you to do the activities in this course first thing in the morning to set up your mindset for positivity before you start your day. The activities are formatted so that even the busiest person can incorporate them into their daily schedule. Through this course, you will start forming a happiness mindset practice you can repeat each morning. Engaging in this type of mindset work gives you the power to ignite your own happiness, align yourself vibrationally to your goals, helps you work through emotions and thoughts that don't serve you, and enhances your overall physical and mental well-being.
