Practice proper body posture and mindfulness. We will be doing a breath focused meditation sitting cross-legged (you may choose a position that is optimal for you if sitting cross-legged is not doable). During this breath focused meditation, we will be doing square breathing aka box breathing using a count of 4 for all inhales, exhales and holds. I will guide you through the process. Square breathing is a great breathing technique to reduce stress, calm the nervous system and practice mindfulness.
Learn how to properly position your body to meditate in a chair.
Practice proper body posture and mindfulness. We will be doing a love and kindness guided meditation sitting in a chair (you may choose a position that is optimal for you if sitting in a chair is not doable). Relax and enjoy all the good feels that arise. Focus on the words, images, and positive emotions that come up. If any extra mind chatter enters just allow it to pass you by without disrupting your joyful moment.
Learn how to properly position your body to meditate standing.
Practice proper body posture and mindfulness. We will be doing a standing meditation (you may choose a position that is optimal for you if standing is not doable). Feel your body grow stronger and more energized as you meditate. Hold your body in its strength. As you get used to this type of meditation, you may increase your time little by little to up to 30 minutes.

This is your time to create! Write a letter to a friend and put your goals onto paper! Bring your life into reality. Be ready to do a mini meditation.
Further solidify the positive feelings that you feel when your goals come to life. Train your body and brain in the present moment to feel like the future you, the you YOU intend to become!
Turn your positive words and phrases from your letter into I AM and I HAVE statements. Affirm your greatness into reality. Use the power of your emotions to recite these affirmations with emotional conviction and believe what you are saying to yourself about yourself.
Further develop and enrich the relationship you have with yourself. Cultivate gratitude for all that you have accomplished. Give yourself self-love. This letter to yourself can be a mix of positive things you are thanking yourself for. It can range from things that have happened, events that are currently happening and experiences you want to have... but when you write about the things you want to have, write in present tense as if IT IS HAPPENING already....don't write in future tense. Write in 1st person and live out what you want right now vibrationally.
You are working out that mindset!!! Your goals are coming to you with fast speed! Always think thoughts and feel emotions that move you forward in the direction of your desires. Your mindset workout is a daily practice. Keep maintaining a positive can-do attitude!
