NLP Master Practitioner Study Videos (Track 4: Meta-Trance)

This letter is from email Dr. L. Michael Hall dated November 11, 2018 addressed to those who purchased the NLP Master Practitioner DVDs.

This DVD set is a record of the 2018 Master Practitioner Training that was run in Manila Philippines and sponsored by Breakthrough Coaching and Consulting. The 15 days was reduced to 12 by assuming that everyone already had APG training. Otherwise, the Master Practitioner Training would have begun with the Introduction to Meta-States.

Every trainer has the right to put a particular theme on their Master Prac. course. It could be business, therapy, coaching, consulting, personal development, self-actualization, etc. I chose to use Modeling as the theme which means that each of the modular of Master Prac. from Mind-Lines to Meta-Programs to Trance, etc. was directed to the theme of modeling. To that end, the “project” that everyone focused on was a modeling project.

To simplify the process and make it systemic, we divided participants into groups of 6 and gave each group 6 modeling projects. All were eminently practical--- communication, well-being, collaboration, selling, etc. This served the purpose of enabling every member to learn in-depth one particular resource and to hear the other 5 resources over and over.

After six days of individuals working on their own project and helping the others in their groups (a collaboration objective), we asked each person in each group to gather with the others who have the same project. Now they had to collaborate even further by sharing their learnings and synergizing them into a single model. Again, practical application of communicating effectively, working with in groups, collaborating.

Your invitation is to use this DVD series for your own learnings and discoveries. You might want to gather some friends and run the patterns among yourselves. If you are Training NLP Prac., feel free to use this format (of modeling) or adapt for the theme that you want to set.

To “master” NLP is to move beyond knowing about all of the different models to integrating them, synergizing them, and developing a passionate curiosity about “what’s next!?” May you develop a healthy spirit of NLP that respects people, believe in their potential, and apply it first to yourself.
