Description

Have you ever had back pain with tender muscles? Muscular low back pain effects 80% of people some time in their life and often recurs. Rebound Athletics gives you a total body approach for low back pain that can give you relief in one week.  And if you stay with the program can prevent recurrences and improve your posture. The approach is new as it does not only treat the back and abdominal muscles, but focuses on the mobility of the whole body. This is because postural changes and restrictions in other parts of the body can effect your back. The approach is based on our Rebound Athletics principles which are covered in the beginning of the course.

First John Brna MD will give you a description of which muscles are involved in muscular low back pain. He will give you the parameters of what it is not and when you should seek medical advice. Then Greg Cadichon ATC will take you through the Rebound Athletics program. Our program includes a self evaluation of your posture, as well as your spine and core flexibility. It moves on to a thorough stretching regimen to gently stretch your body the neck down to the ankles. Then we strengthen the spinal and core muscles. Finally we give you tips for preventing re-injury. You will need a mirror, a foam roller, broom stick and a stretch or yoga strap.

Course is in English with Mandarin subtitles.
