Description

In this lesson, we'll show you how to use the INET Framework to create wireless simulations. A set of simulation models numbered 01 through 14 are included in the course. The models progress in complexity, beginning with the fundamentals and gradually introducing new INET technologies and concepts linked to wireless communication networks.

Each step in the lesson is a distinct configuration in the omnetpp.ini file. Steps build on each other by adding a few new lines to the previous step's setup. The network defined in NED is generally shared by consecutive steps.

This is an advanced tutorial, and it assumes that you are familiar with creating and running simulations in OMNeT++ and INET. If you aren’t, you can check out the OMNeT Level 1 and Level 2 courses to get started with using OMNeT++.
