Dr Kalyani Vallath has experience over 20 years of teaching English Literature. She has PhD in “Modes of Denial and Gratification in Children’s Cinema” at the University of Kerala, Trivandrum. Research is done at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, from 2003-2004, under Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute Doctoral Research Fellowship. Degree awarded in 2008.
