The Negotiatress method is about learning to ask for what you want, and getting it using your own natural skills, rather than emulating outdated, one-size-fit-all tricks. Women (and others) often find themselves uncomfortable in negotiation situations, as they are often pressured to adopt old-fashioned masculine methods of negotiation that don't fit the actual realities they face, or are discouraged from negotiating for themselves at all.
This course will show you a different kind of negotiation- one there is nothing to fear of! Man, woman or non-binary, you will learn that you already have all the natural skills required to develop your personal negotiation style, all you need to do is wield them correctly, and shed some common preconceptions about what negotiation looks like!

Hi! I’m Yasmine Guerin, founder of Negotiatress.
After a decade in the field of dialogue and negotiation, I founded Negotiatress to encourage more women not only to negotiate more and better for themselves, but to bring their much needed voice into the world of negotiation. I deeply believe that the world of negotiation, dominated mostly by men today, is thirsty for our perspective on negotiation, as well as the set of tools we bring with us.
My years of working in the political, NGO and private sector have made it clear to me that there is an urgent need for us to take leading roles in all of these sectors, and step in to shape the discourse in them.
I am a certified mediator, with a Masters in Conflict Research, Management and Resolution. The fields of both my Bachelors degree- Economics and International Relations feed and shape my take on the world of negotiation.
